Omni Matcher: open your show where buyers are already searching

Omni Matcher puts your show where buyers search: on Google's results pages, and inside the answers ChatGPT and Gemini give. A buyer searches for "a supplier of some particular equipment", lands on the matching exhibitors in your show, and asks the next question in conversation. Deal matchmaking reaches beyond the event app into the whole open search market. An event app digitizes the show; Omni Matcher digitizes market demand.

Your show gets three interfaces

  • For buyers: the Askpo conversational assistant. Buyers ask in their own words, in over a hundred languages, and immediately get the relevant exhibitors and booths with the sources behind them. Asking costs nothing and needs no sign-up.
  • For exhibitors: a graded lead inbox. Every lead is graded by strength of intent and carries evidence of behavior, so the exhibitor knows who to follow up first.
  • For organizers: the full demand picture. What the whole visitor base is actually looking for, and where demand outruns supply, aggregated into a basis for recruitment and programming, and accumulated across editions.

Rollout is light: you supply the data, we run it

You provide two things: the exhibitor roster and the exhibitors' public material. Data build-out, exhibitor onboarding, day-to-day operation and multilingual content are on us. Your team has no new admin system to learn, and none to staff.

What it means commercially for an organizer

Adopting a matchmaking platform creates a new service revenue line for the organizer, with buyer experience, exhibitor results and organizer revenue all pointing the same way. Commercial models and terms are covered when we talk.

Privacy by design

We do not pass a buyer's personal contact details to exhibitors; what exhibitors receive is the content of the need and the evidence of behavior; communication between buyer and seller stays inside the platform, and buyers can switch off receiving at any time.
