Buyers start asking AI before they register. Whether your exhibitors show up in that answer is something you can measure today. This page gives the measured numbers, and what they mean for exhibit sales.
Buyers decide whether to attend, and who to visit, starting from a search engine or an AI assistant. Someone asks ChatGPT who supplies a given class of equipment; the AI reads the web pages it can read, and returns a shortlist.
If your exhibitor information lives only in a printed directory and a login-gated system, the AI cannot read it, and your exhibitors will not be on that shortlist. This is settled before the show opens, and nobody sends you a notice.
These are measured figures from the two flagship shows we serve, covering the first five days after their exhibitor and topic pages went live. Neither show had opened yet.
The 823 counts fetches ChatGPT made while answering a user. These are not training crawls. Someone was in a conversation with ChatGPT, and ChatGPT came to get material in order to answer them.
We can measure fetches. We cannot measure citation, because whether the final answer names us happens inside ChatGPT, where nobody can see. So this page reports fetches only. Where we can measure, we give the number; where we cannot, we say so.
The platform has recorded these figures from day one. The organizer-facing view is enabled as part of rollout.
Organizers provide the exhibitor list and existing materials, and name an IT and a marketing contact. Exhibitors do not have to do their own search optimization, change their own website, or submit extra files. We generate and maintain the pages, in three languages at once.
