How Does an AI Exhibition Assistant Work?

An AI exhibition assistant is a conversational interface: you describe your need in your own words, it finds the relevant exhibitors, products and booths in that show's exhibitor data, answers in your language, and attaches the basis for the answer. The description below uses Askpo, the conversational suite on the Omni Matcher platform.

Where the basis for an answer comes from

The assistant's answers come from exhibitors' public and licensed material: websites, catalogs, product descriptions, and the data exhibitors maintain themselves. Every answer carries its source, so you can click through to the original basis. For a question the data cannot support, the assistant tells you there is no information on it yet.

It keeps the thread

You can keep following up: start with "which exhibitors make vacuum valves", then ask "which of them have a track record in automotive supply chains". You can also save the exhibitors that interest you, and turn the saved list into a visiting route before you leave.

How personal data is protected

  • Asking and browsing require no sign-up. Contact details are needed only when you want to receive a reply or book a meeting.
  • We do not pass your phone number or email address to exhibitors. What exhibitors see is the content of your need and the record of your interaction.
  • Communication between buyer and seller stays inside the platform, and you can switch off receiving at any time.
